You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or submit false information through our forms.
Content and accuracy
We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but it is provided for general information. Case study figures describe results achieved in specific circumstances and are not a promise of comparable outcomes. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quotation or professional advice for your particular situation.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Timelines, prices and scope are only agreed in a signed proposal or statement of work. We may decline an enquiry at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and marks on this website belong to Thriverged or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than brief quotation with attribution.
In client engagements, intellectual property in the deliverables we produce for you is assigned to you on the terms of the relevant agreement, typically on payment. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us in an enquiry is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to it. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive — just ask.

Limitation of liability
