About us

An IT services company built by people who got tired of agencies.

Thriverged exists because too much software is delivered by teams with no stake in whether it works. We kept the parts of consultancy that help — structure, senior people, written plans — and removed the parts that do not.

Our story

Founded on one repeated frustration.

Thriverged started in 2021 with a small team who had spent years inside agencies and product companies watching the same pattern: a polished pitch, a senior team at kickoff, and juniors on the keyboard by month two. Deadlines slipped quietly. Handovers arrived as a zip file and a phone number nobody answered.

We built the opposite. Every engagement is staffed with the people you meet before you sign. The pod that starts your project finishes it. Architecture decisions are written down and defended in plain language, so the person paying for the work can actually evaluate it.

Since then we have grown into ten disciplines — web and mobile engineering, AI automation and integration, design, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, IoT, marketing and search — deliberately kept under one roof. When a client needs an app, the cloud architecture behind it, a penetration test before launch and a campaign to fill it, that is one team with one plan instead of four vendors blaming each other.

What has not changed: you own everything we build, we tell you when an idea is wrong, and we would rather lose a project than sell you work you do not need.

How we are structured

You get a pod, not a queue.

Every engagement is delivered by a self-sufficient unit with everything it needs to ship.

Delivery lead

One named person accountable for scope, schedule and communication. In your timezone, on every standup.

Senior engineers

Two to six specialists depending on scope — the same people from kickoff to handover, not a rotating bench.

Product designer

Embedded rather than consulted, so interface decisions are made with the engineers who implement them.

Security & platform review

Our own testers and cloud architects review the build at defined gates. Included, not upsold.

How we behave

Four principles we are willing to lose work over.

Say the hard thing early

If a deadline is unrealistic or a feature is a bad idea, you hear it in week one — not in a post-mortem.

Boring where it matters

We choose proven technology for the foundation and spend the innovation budget where it creates advantage.

Working software over status

Progress is demonstrated in a running environment every Friday, not asserted in a slide.

Leave teams stronger

Documentation, pairing and training are part of delivery. Success is you not needing us.

What makes the difference

Why clients stay after the first project.

Senior by default

No pyramid staffing. The people in your kickoff are the people writing the code, and you interview them first.

Stack-agnostic

We staff around your stack and constraints instead of forcing every problem through one framework we happen to sell.

Security in the build

Our own penetration testers review what we ship, so security is a build activity rather than a launch surprise.

Measured on outcomes

Every engagement defines the business metric it moves in week one, and we report against it monthly.

You own everything

Code, infrastructure, accounts and documentation are yours from the first commit. No lock-in, no hostage handover.

AI where it earns its place

We automate what has measurable value and tell you plainly when a language model is the wrong tool.

Capabilities

Ten disciplines, deliberately under one roof.

Combine as many as the problem needs. One contract, one team, one plan.

Industries

Sectors we already know.

Regulated, operationally messy and integration-heavy environments are our normal.

Questions

Working with us.

How quickly can you start?

Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of signing. For urgent work we can often assign a small team within days and scale up as the scope firms.

How do you price engagements?

Two models. Fixed-scope phases for well-defined work like a penetration test, a design system or an MVP. A dedicated-team monthly rate for evolving products. You always get a written range before committing.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes, alongside enterprises. For pre-seed and seed teams we scope tightly to what proves the business, and we will tell you if what you need does not need custom software at all.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do, unconditionally. IP assignment is in every contract, and repositories, cloud accounts and third-party services are in your name from day one.

How do you handle time zones?

Our teams commit to at least four hours of overlap with your working day, with a named delivery lead in your time zone for daily communication.

What happens after launch?

You can take full ownership with documentation and training, or keep us on a support retainer with defined response times. Both are common and neither is locked in.

Do you handle SEO and appearing in AI answers?

Yes. Our SEO and AEO practice covers technical indexation, content architecture and citation in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. Read the SEO & AEO service
