Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use thriverged.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 2026
Who we are
Thriverged ("we", "us") operates thriverged.com and is the controller of personal data collected through it. You can reach us at support@thriverged.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical information needed to keep the site secure.
- Enquiry and booking details — name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn URL, company name, the services and goals you select, budget and timeline indications, and anything you write in a message field.
- Technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, the page the form was submitted from and the referring URL. These are stored with your submission for spam prevention and abuse investigation.
- Timezone — when you book a call we record the timezone you select so the invitation shows the correct local time.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or proposal you asked for.
- To confirm and administer meetings you book with us.
- To keep records of business enquiries and contracts.
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our systems, and, where relevant, the performance of a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that make this website and our correspondence work:
- Our web host, which stores the site and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Our email provider, which delivers the notification and confirmation messages.
- Our internal tools for managing enquiries, where a submission becomes an active opportunity.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless they become part of a contractual relationship, in which case we retain them for as long as we are required to keep business records. Spam-prevention logs are pruned automatically.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server-side, rate-limited, and stored outside the public web root. Access to enquiry data is restricted to team members who need it to respond to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@thriverged.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated by email.
